Mechanism
Retains the GHRH receptor-binding domain in a shorter sequence than full-length GHRH, producing a GH pulse with a shorter effective window than longer-acting GHRH analogs. Comparative studies with sermorelin have helped map which portion of the GHRH sequence is necessary for receptor activation.
